Refund policy

Returns

We trust you'll love your purchase. However, if not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns within 15 days of receiving the item(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE: All qualifying return items must be unworn, unaltered, in original packaging, saleable condition, with attached original tags. Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required. Products missing the tag are ineligible for a refund. 

Initiate a return by reaching out to us at blossomsloft@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we'll email you a return shipping label along with instructions on where and how to send your package(s). Returns are accepted exclusively through the provided shipping return label. 

Refunds

Upon receiving and quality inspecting the return package, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the return shipping fee plus tax, where applicable. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your return has been received and your credit has been processed.

Note: Please be aware that the posting time for the refund on the original payment method may vary, depending on your bank or credit card company. 

Damages and issues

Kindly examine your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that all earrings, swimwear, bodysuits, and lingerie are considered final sale. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges for delivered items. The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the current one. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the item.
