  1.   How long are shipping times?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive at their destination in the US within 3-6 business days after shipping. Shipping speed is one of our top priorities, so as a company we are dedicated in processing all orders right after they are placed.

     2.  What's your return policy?

We gladly accept most returns within 15-days of you receiving the item(s). Simply send us an Email requesting a return, you'll receive a Return label, Send us the item, and we will give you your money back minus the shipping and delivery fees.. ( Please see our Return policy for more details )

      3.  Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if done within a 2 hours of your order. However, sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation.

      4.  What happens if I receive the wrong items?

If there's an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective -- then simply notify us, and we will process the return, send us the item and you will be refunded.

      5.  Do you offer exchanges?

If for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected. Just let us know, we will process the return, and we will get you a new one.
